A warm orange hue. Malt-forward with hop expressions of peach and grassy, dank notes. Brewed with Motueka and Citra hops.
DIVERGENCE HONEY HYBRID SOUR 4.3%
A kettle-sour made with a pilsner and wildflower honey. Dash of Hibiscus flowers for pink hue.
Collab with Erosion Meadery.
FARMHOUSE PILS LAGER 4.0%
A dry, medium-bodied lager made with Pilsner malt and noble hops.
HARMONY LABSACC 3.5%
This beer has a live L. Helveticus culture to create its signature sour taste. Helveticus adds characteristics of guava, lychee, and green apple. This beer drinks more like a sour kombucha. Kviek yeast gives an orange rind finish and body. Dried hibiscus flowers add floral characteristics on the nose and a bit of a raspberry-like acidity on the palate.
HIBISCUS BERLINER WEISSE 3.8%
Kettle-soured, fermented with US-05. Bacteria is added to the kettle to consume sugar and create lactic acid prior to fermentation for alcohol. Hibiscus flowers are added for a deep red hue, and notes of raspberry.
MISTY JUICE NEW ENGLAND IPA 7.0%
A Hazy New England IPA with notes of grapefruit, pine, dank and tropical fruits.
CRISP ALE 5.0%
A Kolsch-style beer fermented with Kolsch Ale yeast. Vienna malt for biscuit character, crisp & neutral.
SPELT WEIRD 5.3%
French/Belgian traditional farmhouse style. Saison yeast ferments dry, highly expressive esters characterized by notes of pepperiness and banana.
LUNA PALE ALE 3.5%
Pilsner malt base, malted oats. Dry-hopped with Strata and Mosaic.
INAUGURAL IPA 6.0%
Cold IPA made with Kolsch style yeast. Balanced bitterness, crisp body. Hop expression of Citrus and tropical notes.
FROM SAN TO DON UKRAINIAN IMPERIAL STOUT 9.0%
Imperial Russian stout with a warming, high-alcohol percentage. Dark roasted malts create notes of rum, raisin and cacao. Large malt bill, leads to residual sweetness. Collab with Pravda, a brewery in Ukraine to raise funds for Ukraine relief efforts.
MAMA PING COLD IPA 6.0%
A hoppy IPA fermented with Kolsch ale yeast to give crisp body. Balanced bitterness, grapefruit on the nose and palate.
MAROON 6 ENGLISH RED ALE 6.0%
A dark red ale with coffee, toffee, and cacao from the roasted specialty malts. Fruity undertone from the yeast expression.
